Synopsis: The program is about a group of five women decided to take IT based training and guidance and decided to start their own business. They got all support necessary to start their own business from three NGOs and within a year established themselves. Not only were they able to repay the loans taken by them but working together in an organized manner they were able to expand their work. They continue working in a client focused manner and grow by learning from their mistakes.

The program is based on the experiences of these women how have bit by bit struggled for breaking out a set pattern and ventured into an area they never thought was possible. Their courage and self determination to excel and overcome all hurdles comes out in their interviews and narrations. Their dreams guide forward and have given them the motivation to excel.
