Synopsis: High in the hills of Himachal Pradesh is a village called “ tingrat”, a beautiful and well constructed village built on environment friendly lines. Chaling village is another such environment friendly village where solar power is used to give electricity. The villagers take a personal interest in keeping these solar units in working condition.
