Synopsis: The film examines the ongoing debate based reservation in educational institutions and jobs in government organisation in India. Umesh has produced and/or directed scores of programs in a 15year career. His work includes biographical films on India’s last three Prime Ministers, a tribute to Mother Teresa, ”HumSafar”, a weekly travel show on DD International and mindscapes, a weekly interview programme with some of India’s greatest minds.
