Synopsis: Amal is a 12 year old boy who lives in Nandigram, west Bengal. His father is a landless farmer. As the events of acquiring the land takes place, Amal’s father sustains a big injury during a confrontation. Amal is suddenly forced to grow up and take up a job. Eventually he finds himself in the midst of planning for 14 March when the police is supposed to enter the village. He decides to take an active role in the confrontation.
